Accounts
You are responsible for account security. Provide accurate information.
- Keep your password confidential and use a strong, unique passphrase.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per participant; accounts are non-transferable.
Payments
Prices are in CAD and include applicable taxes where stated. Refunds follow the policy described at checkout.
- Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant providers.
- Any discounts are applied at checkout and may be time-limited.
- Receipts are emailed to the address on file upon successful payment.
Cancellations
You may cancel before the cohort start date for a refund per policy. We reserve the right to reschedule with notice.
If a session is rescheduled, you can choose to attend the new date or request a refund consistent with the policy in effect at purchase.
Conduct
Be respectful, protect privacy, and avoid harassment. Violations may lead to removal without refund.
- Keep discussions professional and constructive.
- Do not share private course materials without permission.
- Zero tolerance for hate speech or targeted harassment.
